Verifying all AI-generated information is strictly the user's responsibility. AI outputs are NOT financial advice. Additionally, AI usage is managed via a credit system tied to subscription plans (Free, Premium, Ultra), and credit limits or underlying models may be modified at any time at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property & Prohibition of Reverse Engineering

All intellectual property rights, source code, backend infrastructure, and proprietary algorithms belong exclusively to VectorDEV. It is strictly prohibited to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, proprietary algorithms, or API endpoints of MarketLens AI by any illicit or unauthorized means. This prohibition applies universally, including for personal or educational purposes.

9. Streak Program and Ad Disclosure

MarketLens AI includes a voluntary Streak Program designed to promote regular market study. Participation is based on in-app activity and is in no way dependent on ad views or interactions. Incentivized ad traffic is strictly prohibited. Rules and rewards may be modified at any time.

10. Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction & API Anti-Fraud

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turin (Torino), Italy. Users expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
