1. Introduction & Implicit Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TradeGPT (operated by VectorDEV). By accessing, browsing, or viewing any page, chart, quote, or indicator on tradegpt-vector.com or within the TradeGPT Mobile App, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our website and application. TradeGPT is strictly a quantitative and technical analysis tool for educational purposes. We are NOT financial advisors, brokers, or licensed investment counselors, nor an official stock exchange data feed.

2. Data Privacy & SDKs

TradeGPT operates with a privacy-first approach. We do not store or retain direct personal identifiers such as names, emails, or passwords. No account registration is required to browse the website or use the app. However, to operate, secure, and improve our services, we utilize third-party infrastructure, analytics, and advertising services (including Cloudflare, Google Firebase, AdMob, Unity Ads, and InMobi) which automatically collect technical and usage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

3. How the Algorithm & Portfolio Tools Work

TradeGPT provides advanced Portfolio Tracking, Backtesting, and Auto-balancing features. These tools allow you to replicate personal portfolios, track metrics, and automate asset weights based on your selected tickers to optimize for specific mathematical goals (e.g., maximizing Sharpe Ratio or minimizing risk). The algorithm processes these user inputs using renowned mathematical models (like Monte Carlo and Markowitz) alongside our proprietary metrics. All simulations, backtests, and optimizations are strictly mathematical and theoretical tools. THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Prohibited Commercial Use: It is strictly forbidden for companies, financial institutions, proprietary trading firms, data compliance auditors, or other commercial entities to use the website or standard version of the App for business, trading execution, or commercial purposes.

Any commercial use of VectorDEV's proprietary derived metrics requires a dedicated Partnership Agreement or an Enterprise API License authorized directly by VectorDEV.

4. Delayed Reference Quotes, Unspecified Sources & Proprietary Derived Data

Delayed & Cached Reference Data Only: TradeGPT acts exclusively as a quantitative computation engine and educational visualization tool. We are NOT a market data vendor, stock exchange, or real-time quote provider. Any price quotes, historical charts, or volume figures displayed on the Website or in the App are delayed, cached, end-of-day (EOD), or indicative reference values obtained from public internet sources without affiliation, endorsement, or warranty from any exchange or data provider.

No Sale of Raw Market Data: VectorDEV does NOT sell, license, or redistribute raw market prices or historical OHLCV exchange feeds. Any paid subscription (App Premium/Ultra or Developer API) charges exclusively for cloud computing capacity, ad removal, and VectorDEV's 100% proprietary derived mathematical outputs (such as AI confidence scores, NLP sentiment indices, composite momentum rankings, and percentage-based statistical projections). Reference prices are displayed solely for contextual visualization on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis, may be inaccurate or delayed, and must NEVER be used for trade execution.

5. Accuracy of Financial Analysis & Portfolio Simulations (NO GUARANTEES)

TradeGPT DOES NOT GUARANTEE any specific accuracy rate, timeliness of prices, profit result, or portfolio optimization outcome. Insights, technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands), backtests, and asset allocation simulations are the result of independent mathematical processing and should be treated as purely theoretical. Any auto-balancing or portfolio tracking feature is entirely driven by parameters and assets selected exclusively by the user; it does not constitute investment advice or personalized asset allocation.

TradeGPT's data should never be considered the sole basis for making investment decisions. Users must verify all prices on their licensed brokerage platform and conduct their own due diligence before executing any trade.

6. Limitation of Liability & High-Risk Warning

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeGPT, VectorDEV, and its individual developers or owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including financial losses, data delays, or inaccuracies) arising from the use of our website or services. Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may result in the TOTAL LOSS of your invested capital. You assume 100% responsibility for your financial decisions.

7. Artificial Intelligence, Cloudflare AI & Usage Limits

TradeGPT integrates advanced third-party AI models (including those provided by Cloudflare AI) to power intelligent features. AI systems are experimental and may produce 'hallucinations' or incorrect information regarding financial data, historical facts, and public figures. Verifying all AI-generated information is strictly the user's responsibility. AI outputs are NOT financial advice. Additionally, AI usage is managed via a credit system tied to subscription plans (Free, Premium, Ultra), and credit limits or underlying models may be modified at any time at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property & Prohibition of Reverse Engineering

All intellectual property rights, website layout, source code, backend infrastructure, and proprietary mathematical algorithms belong exclusively to VectorDEV. It is strictly prohibited to scrape, spider, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, backend storage URLs, proprietary algorithms, or API endpoints of TradeGPT by any automated or unauthorized means. This prohibition applies universally.

9. Streak Program and Ad Disclosure

TradeGPT includes a voluntary Streak Program designed to promote regular market study. Participation is based on in-app activity and is in no way dependent on ad views or interactions. Incentivized ad traffic is strictly prohibited. Rules and rewards may be modified at any time.

10. Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction & API Anti-Fraud

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Turin (Torino), Italy. Users expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

For users accessing our Developer API via the website: The API delivers exclusively proprietary derived metrics. Automated scraping of the web portal is prohibited, reverse engineering is strictly forbidden, and reselling TradeGPT derived scores as your own is prohibited.
